RELIXcare has open spots for natural skincare consultants. Working for RELIX care means working in the high-end natural skincare market, where each customer is different. Using your skills and knowledge, you help customers choose the product(s) that meets their needs perfectly. While you do that, you give customers the experience of ‘being one with nature’. 

THE JOB 

As a natural skincare consultant, you are an important part of our retail team. You talk to our customers face-to-face and / or digital through your online channels. You listen to what they want and what they need. You tell them which products will work best for them.

This job offers you the possibility to work remote and independent. You will be your own boss, with the freedom and creativity to reach our targets and your goals. 

WHAT WE EXPECT

• We expect you to work target base. It is up to you wether you reach your target in 10 hours or 20 hours per week.
• You work closely with your team and the sales manager.
• You are responsible for both the RELIX care’s goals and your own personal goals. 
• You know how to connect with customers and give them an experience that means something to them. 
• You know how to visually brand products and make it attractive and appealing for the customers and/or viewer.
• You learn everything there is to know about our collections, products and news.
• Through our training program, RELIXcare gives you all the needed knowledge on skincare and natural ingredients, and the cultural elements. 

WHO YOU ARE

You're proactive, enthusiastic and have a positive energy. You like to help others, and are responsible when helping people. You’re amazing in connecting with people. 

• You have experience as a sales representative.
• You have affinity with skincare.
• You are professional, proud of our brand, and excited about it. 
• You are a strategist and good in making a sales plan to reach your targets. 
• You're an entrepreneur or have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You can show customers how our products are used. You can show the customers that the products makes them feel better about them self and brings them back to their essence. You’re excited about our brand and products.
• You speak English fluently.

We believe that when you feel you’re one with your essence, you are the best version of yourself and the best consultant for the customers. That’s why we provide a working environment that is remote and independent. You work with us as an independent contractor. You get paid a base salary per month. After achieving your monthly target, you get paid extra with commissions. 

All our employees get a 20% discount on RELIXcare products. RELIXcare employees that own a business, such as a salon or shop, can make use of our wholesale program.
