HOW TO CLAY MASK LIKE A BERBER PRINCESS

Want to know how you can make the ghassoul clay mask? Here we discuss the history and its usage.

Ghassoul is an ancient Berber clay mask that dates back to the 8th century. This clay is a natural mineral clay. It is formed from volcanic ash and mined from the Atlas mountains in Morocco. Ghassoul has been mentioned in Egyptian Papyrus and used by the ancient Greeks and Romans for its regenerative, protective and healing properties. And still till this day people praise its benefits on the skin.

The Ghassoul clay mask is also a cleanser, it detoxifies and exfoliates without harming the skin. Clay masks in general absorb oil and impurities from the skin. Ghassoul clay is unique in its way because it can be used on all skin types. It is very absorbing but not rough. This way it works on oily skin, acne-prone skin and dry skin.
